By accessing or using the Glamio: Hairstyle Changer mobile application (“Glamio: Hairstyle Changer”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Glamio: Hairstyle Changer is an AI-powered beauty application that allows users to upload photos and generate beauty-related visual outputs, including but not limited to nail designs, hair styles, makeup looks, outfit previews, and beauty touch-ups.
The App provides AI-generated previews based on user inputs such as uploaded images, selected styles, reference images, or text prompts.
All outputs are generated for personal, non-commercial use only and are intended for inspiration and visualization purposes.
Glamio: Hairstyle Changer does not provide professional beauty, medical, or cosmetic advice.
Glamio: Hairstyle Changer operates on a credit-based access model, which may include auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases.
Users may purchase subscription plans that provide access to premium features and/or credits for AI generations.

Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions renew automatically. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.

Glamio: Hairstyle Changer does not process refunds directly. All refund requests are handled by the relevant platform provider, including but not limited to the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Glamio: Hairstyle Changer generates visual content using artificial intelligence. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

Glamio: Hairstyle Changer may use third-party tools for analytics, attribution, and advertising purposes, including but not limited to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
